WOW, Ok so my band Fish Fry Bingo performed at the Granada Theatre in Dallas TX. It was a pretty big venue, and certainly the most exciting show I think we’ve played as a band this year.

ya know, I don’t think of shows as *important* in the terms of one being more important then another. There is always “this next important show coming up” with shows scattered or clumped in between. At the Texas Music festival I didn’t even know it was a competition!

however, I KNEW that this show was going to be special. The theatre we played at is like… well let me say that if Fish Fry Bingo was famous… and touring in dallas, THAT is where we’d play. All of the members of my favorite Live dallas Band, The Truckstop Junkees” came out to support us, and that was really cool. anyhow here are some Pictures from Last nights show!

Back to life!

(aside) Last week i looked up something and wanted to find it in my diary. I could not get the deardiary page, and I thought the server was down, i tried later, and it was no where to be found, nothing from dear diary showed up anywhere, so I figured it was gone and went POOF…

the thing i wanted to say about that was… I was not freaked out. I wasnt really… sad. I have never exported the diary to my computer (probably should huh) but even so….

I have written in this diary for well over 5 years now. Good things, bad things, insane things…. seriously insane things. I have ranted, raved, been dramatic, been suilly, been myself… I have written things that later i looked back and thought about how irrational i used to be…. now i am only totally irrational a few days a month…

For all that it means, however, if the diary were to dissappear tomorrow, i know i would be at peace with that ( cause i thought it happened already). I think maybe that the things i get most out of writing the diary are the things i get WHILE I am writing in it. through the years there have been friendships, comments, growth… lots of growth…. and I wouldnt trade that for the world. but as far as the TEXT goes….

if it goes it goes…. its just text, and not even real…. its in a computer so.. what is REAL? I guess it i9s real right…. NOW… and then NOW… and then NOW
