The truth of the matter is that the two words mentioned above are very complementary of each other. In most cases as has been shown both psychologically and practically, the absence of one hampers the development of the other. Education simply means the process of learning. When we say the process of learning, we mean any process that gives us information about the world and things in it. This education process can be in many forms, it can be in form of the formal education process that takes place in class rooms, lecture halls, training grounds, seminars and many other organized means. It can also be in form of some informal method, where we learn from some other random events in life or in those situations that we are given clues on things around us in some informal form. Experiences we have in life also made us educated. So education is any process that gives us information about things in life. The ancient philosophers practiced the unaided power of human reason which is seen as self education. Here, they sit in a serene environment and think about issues in life. Whatever they come to achieve through the unaided power of human reason is retained and transmitted. This kind of education can only be done by a very inspired folk.
While inspiration is the push we have inside that draws us to carry out whichever thing we do in life. It is life’s driving wheels. Since education is something very voluntary and positive, we cannot achieve it without motivation, and in the other hand, getting information in about things through education motivates us. When you come to the parlance of education and you are motivated, it will push you to heights you have never dreamed of.

The two cannot be separated from each other and you cannot achieve anything without the two. If any of these is lacking, then you have a lopsided dream. This is the reason why people in learning institutions are to be motivated with a lot of things so as to give their best in their education which will in turn motivate them to more heights. It’s not how much you put into your mind that matters, but how much you understand, education gives you knowledge, but you assimilate it when you are inspired. They work hand in hand to give you the best.
